Soak the cashews overnight in water and an airtight container. If you’re short on time, soak cashews for 10 minutes in hot water while covered.
In a blender, add cashews (after rinsing and draining) along with remaining ingredients. Only add 1 cup of Almond Milk to start.
Blend until smooth and slowly add ¼ c of Almond Milk at a time until desired consistency.
