Ingredients

  • cup Almond Milk Try my homemade almond milk recipe!
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Allspice

Instructions

  • Soak the cashews overnight in water and an airtight container. If you’re short on time, soak cashews for 10 minutes in hot water while covered.
  • In a blender, add cashews (after rinsing and draining) along with remaining ingredients. Only add 1 cup of Almond Milk to start.
  • Blend until smooth and slowly add ¼ c of Almond Milk at a time until desired consistency.
