Apple Butter – Smooth and Great to Spread or Dip
Jams, Jellys, Preserves, oh my. I always wanted to try and make my own jam or jelly. However, the traditional process seemed a bit daunting. So, I decided to go my own route and create my own silky smooth Homemade Apple Butter!
Personally, I love apple sauce, so why not make a thicker version. Homemade Apple Butter is versatile and can be used on toast, yogurt, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, or just eating by the spoonful!
HOMEMADE WITH MINIMAL INGREDIENTS
With only 4 ingredients, you can have your very own homemade Apple Butter. Not to mention, you don’t need to worry about any hidden ingredients. Many store bought products contain additives, artifical ingredients, and added sugar. This Apple Butter is 100% SUGAR FREE because only apples are used to sweeten the spread.
This Apple Butter uses minimal ingredients, minimal effort, and is 100% vegan, plant-based, and gluten-free.
TIPS & TRICKS
- If you want your Apple Butter thicker and more concentrated, then simmer the blended mixture until you reach your desired consistency.
- If you want to use any of your favorite types of Apples, then go ahead and substitute away!

High Speed Blender
I recommend using a Food Processor or a High Speed Blender such as a Vitamix, Blendtec, or Ninja to get a more fine blend. Using a regular blender will just require more time and rounds of blending.
