If you do not have a high speed blender, then soak your cashews overnight or in hot water covered for 10 minutes. If you have a high speed blender, then you do not need to soak your cashews.
Drain and rinse your cashews, then add all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
Add more water by 1 tsp at a time until you reach your desired consistency depending on whether you will be using this as a dip, sauce, or dressing. Add more black pepper as needed to satisfy your spice preference and ENJOY!
