You must wash everything thoroughly!
Remove the stems from the Kale. Chop up the rest of the ingredients to be blended more easily.
Load the blender in the order of ingredients listed (always want to have the more leaf ingredients towards the bottom of the blender).
Blend everything, then pour everything into the nut milk bag or cheesecloth. Strain the juice out. It helps to twist and knead.
Store the juice into airtight containers and let it sit until it reaches room temperature before storing in the fridge and ENJOY!
