Chai Spiced Granola

The delicious flavors of this chai spiced granola warm you up every morning you have it for breakfast. Pairs great with coffee, tea, or, my favorite, a dirty chai latte!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Seeds raw
  • ½ cup Pecans raw, whole/halved/crushed are all fine
  • ½ cup Coconut Shreds unsweetened
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cardamon
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
  • In a large bowl, combine Rolled Oats, Pumpkin Seeds, crushed Pecans, and Coconut Shreds.
  • In a small bowl, fully combine Maple Syrup and Seasonings.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the large bowl and make sure everything is evenly and fully well coated.
  • Using a large baking pan with either parchment paper or a reusable silicone baking mat, layout the granola mixture evenly.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then flip granola and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown and ENJOY!
