Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
In a large bowl, combine Rolled Oats, Pumpkin Seeds, crushed Pecans, and Coconut Shreds.
In a small bowl, fully combine Maple Syrup and Seasonings.
Pour the wet mixture into the large bowl and make sure everything is evenly and fully well coated.
Using a large baking pan with either parchment paper or a reusable silicone baking mat, layout the granola mixture evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip granola and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown and ENJOY!
