Soak almonds in water for 3-4 hours or overnight to soften. If you are limited on time, then soak almonds in hot water in a bowl covered in plastic wrap for 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse almonds and add the almonds with 2 cups of water to a blender.
Blend until almonds are completely broken down.
Over a large bowl, pour mixture into nut milk bag. Squeeze and knead until only almond pulp is leftover.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
