First, rinse and drain your chickpeas. Make sure chickpeas are decently dry.
In a medium bowl, mash Chickpeas with a fork (I recommend keeping it a little chunky for more texture)
Finally mince Green Onions, Dill, and Capers.
Add all the ingredients to the mashed Chickpeas, then mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
You can now use the Chickpea Tuna as a dip, in a sandwich, or in sushi.
