Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Ginger Root
  • cup Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 tbsp Water or Coconut Water
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper optional

Instructions

  • Wash and optionally peel the ginger. If you peel the ginger, you can keep the pulp for later.
  • All all ingredients to a blender and blend!
  • Strain out the pump with a nut milk bag.
  • Store in an airtight container and ENJOY!
